The traditional Pagona’s House is located in a very quiet village, in Mouri, which belongs to Apokoronas, in Chania.
It is a family home where it was named by my beloved great-grandmother. Always faithful to her memory, I renovated her home with love, care, and respect in 2005, and just recently, in 2019 we decided to change the outdoor area of the house. In 2019 the outdoor area offered the yard and the garden with 2 trees, mulberry trees but also various trees and herbs.
In 2022 there was a mass renovation of the outdoor area. There is a big yard where a beautiful tree can be found, a mulberry tree, that covers the whole yard with green leaves.
The traditional stone built house is just 300 meters from the famous Kournas Lake, where you have the opportunity to admire the unique scenery of the lake and nature that will truly reward you if you visit it for the first time, as it rewards all visitors coming to our area for years. .
The house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 infant up to 2 years (on request), as it has a bedroom with a double bed and the living room has 2 comfortable sofas.
It has a large courtyard framed by a beautiful mulberry tree. The big green leaves create natural shade and cooliness. There you can relax in the hammock enjoying coffee, tea or a glass of wine while relaxing and enjoying the scenery and tranquility of the village and the neighborhood during the day and at night.
It is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances.
