A Family Story

Our family olive grove is around 120 years old and has been part of our lives for generations. From our great-grandparents to today, the care of the olive trees has always been passed from hand to hand as a quiet but steady act of love for the land and our place.

Today, this tradition continues with us, the three sisters of the family, with the same respect and attention.

From Grove to Olive Oil

Our olive trees are cultivated exclusively through organic practices, without interventions that burden the environment, preserving the natural balance of the landscape that surrounds us.

The harvest usually begins in December, depending on the weather conditions of each year. The Tsounati variety, one of the oldest and most valued varieties in Crete, gives our olive oil its unique character, with a gentle and authentic taste, just like its story.

The olive oil we produce is not just a product. It is a continuation of our family, a piece of our land, and a way to share this story with the people who visit us.
